Prepare for Your Outdoor Yoga Experience

Join us at Ullasana Yoga for rejuvenating outdoor yoga events in the stunning landscapes of Northern Ireland. To make the most of your experience, here are some tips on what to bring and how to prepare.
  • What should I bring to an outdoor yoga session?

    We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, suncream, and layers which you can easily take off as you warm up. Please also wear suitable footwear as there may be a short stroll involved to get to our yoga location.

  • How do I prepare for outdoor yoga?

    Dress in comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for the weather. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and connect with nature before we begin.
  • What if it rains?

    In case of rain, we will notify participants of any changes to the schedule. We have alternative locations available within the Lagan meadows that have tree cover and can be used if needs be.

  • Can beginners join the outdoor sessions?

    Absolutely! Our outdoor yoga sessions are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome to join and enjoy the benefits of yoga in nature.
  • What if I have special needs?

    Please let us know in advance if you have any specific requirements or need assistance. We strive to create an inclusive environment for all participants.
